NICHE Inc. started with a simple idea: musicians deserve a shop that actually cares about what they play. Located right on Water Street in historic Gardiner, we've been serving central Maine's music community for years — helping beginners pick their first instrument, guiding hobbyists toward their next upgrade, and supporting working musicians who need gear that works.
We stock a curated selection of guitars, basses, drums, keyboards, and pro audio equipment from brands we trust. But the real difference is the people behind the counter. Everyone who works here plays — and they'll tell you honestly whether a guitar is worth your money, or whether that pedal is overkill for your setup.
